This session explores the importance of a good night’s sleep and how it impacts your child’s wellbeing. We’ll look at common sleep difficulties, including a range of sleep disorders, as well as the psychological and physical factors that can make it harder for children to settle and stay asleep. By the end of the session, you will be able to: Recognise what makes a healthy and supportive sleep environment Identify common barriers to sleep Take practical steps to reduce those barriers and support better sleep
