ADHD & So Much More will be referred to as “we”, “our”, “us”. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our platform, including access to recorded talks for parents, online parenting courses, and accredited Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

4. Strict Prohibition on Recording and Reproduction
You are strictly prohibited from:
Recording, copying, reproducing, distributing, or modifying any content from the platform
Using screen recording, audio recording, or any capture technology
Using artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning tools, or automated systems to extract, reproduce, or generate content based on our materials
This includes (but is not limited to):
Screen recording software
Voice recording devices
AI transcription tools
Content scraping or automation tools
Any unauthorised recording, reproduction, or use of content will be considered a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
5. Course Access and Certification
Access to courses is granted for personal, non-commercial use only
Accredited CPD certificates are issued only upon successful completion of course requirements
Certificates must not be altered, shared, or misrepresented
6. Payments and Refunds
All fees must be paid in full before accessing paid content
Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Share course content with non-authorised users
Upload or distribute harmful, offensive, or illegal material
Interfere with the platform’s functionality
8. Limitation of Liability
Our content is provided for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using our courses or materials. Our content is not medical advice. It is not intended to replace medical assessment, diagnosis or treatment. This content is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
